Subsidized Housing

Terra Bella administers a program of Rent-Geared to Income (RGI) Subsidies providing financial assistance to a limited number of low-income households. Qualification for a subsidy is based on the gross annual income of all the members of a household living in the unit. To apply for a subsidized unit, you should contact Housing Connections (https://www.housingconnections.ca/), the agency that manages the centralized waiting list for subsidized housing in the City of Toronto. Terra Bella participates in Housing Connections and therefore does not accept new applications for RGI subsidized housing at the Management office.
All applications for units at Terra Bella with a rent-geared-to-income subsidy must be made through Housing Connections. For information on the location of a Housing Connections Access Centre near you, or to request an application, contact Housing Connections at (416) 981-6111 or via email at ask@housingconnections.ca
Note: All units are electrically heated. Subsidized rents do not include electrical utility costs. These are paid directly by the tenant.

Market Rent

Terra Bella offers over 75 units at market rent. When vacancies arise, market rent applications are considered. Please be advised that market rent tenancies are offered solely at Management’s discretion.
Currently, only 2-bedroom units are available for rent at market rates. As of May 2017, the monthly market rent for these units is $1000.00.
Note: All units are electrically heated. Market rents do not include electrical utility costs. These are paid directly by the tenant.
