Welcome To Terra Bella!

Terra Bella is a mixed housing complex located at 24 Shaw Street in Toronto. Terra Bella was incorporated in 1988 and first opened in 1990. The complex contains 200 apartments of various sizes, 120 of which are reserved for rent-geared to income (RGI) tenants while the remaining units are offered at market rates.
Terra Bella is governed by a volunteer Board and is operated by 3 full-time staff, including a property manager who reports directly to the Board.
